Job summary

Pursuit seeks seasonal hospitality staff in Banff for Fall/Winter 2026. This on-site role combines guest service with in-store photography, cash handling, and merchandise sales, serving up to 6,000+ guests daily. You will upsell photo packages and retail items while maintaining store presentation.

Experience with Storibox or POS systems helps, along with excellent English communication and a friendly, energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment. Seasonal perks and a dynamic team await.

Qualifications

• Upsell targets and meet/exceed sales goals in a retail/customer-facing role.
• Learn Storibox photo platform and POS systems quickly.
• Basic knowledge of photography or a DSLR is a plus.
• Multitask between retail and photo duties with speed and accuracy.
• Fluent English to connect with diverse guests; flexible weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and uphold hospitality standards to leave a lasting impression.
• Proactively approach guests to capture high-quality photographs.
• Present and sell photo packages via Storibox as valued souvenirs.
• Operate tills, handle cash/credit transactions, upsell products.
• Provide product knowledge for retail and photo packages.
• Maintain a high-volume retail floor with restocking and merchandising.
