Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our Surrey store. You’ll engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and represent our community and culture.

You’ll move on the floor to assist guests, restock, support store operations, and participate in omnichannel programs such as buy online pickup in store and ship from store. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; you must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located (Canada).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and support store operations.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to make improvements.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock/stock management per standards.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and provide positive guest experiences.
