Oxford Properties Group is seeking a Seasonal Guest Services Representative for Southcentre in Calgary. You will act as a brand ambassador, welcoming guests and delivering proactive, personalized hospitality in a retail setting.

The role requires a positive, friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred (e.g. Hospitality/Marketing).
• A positive and friendly attitude with ability to engage guests confidently.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; multilingual capabilities are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Southcentre, delivering a hospitality-led experience with proactive, personalized interactions.
• Anticipate guests' needs and seek opportunities to create memorable experiences.
• Maintain a welcoming, refined Guest Service area in line with Oxford service standards; assist guests with directions and information.
• Promote and sell Southcentre Gift Cards through proactive engagement and assisted selling techniques.
• Support guest concerns with proper documentation, timely follow-up and notifying relevant departments.
