Job summary

Osler in Calgary is seeking a Client Experience Ambassador to provide exceptional reception services, greet clients and visitors, and ensure a professional, welcoming first point of contact. The role supports boardroom management and daily office operations.

The successful candidate will work 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and collaborate with staff to deliver timely services, coordinate events, answer inquiries, and maintain a clean, organized office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of reception experience required.
• College Diploma in business administration or equivalent is an asset.
• Experience with event management software and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors and ensure they are treated professionally.
• Coordinate boardroom bookings including catering and A.V. support.
• Answer calls, take messages, and manage inquiries.
• Assist with daily office duties, including kitchen and lunchroom maintenance.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
