City Cruises Canada is recruiting a Receiver to ensure accurate labeling, stocking, and accessibility of all Food & Beverage items for the team. The role emphasizes organization and attention to detail, with strong emphasis on communication with vendors and crew for a seamless guest experience.

This seasonal/contract position requires reliable performance, adherence to safety and service standards, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Previous receiving experience preferred.
• Smart Serve and Food Handler certificates required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide amazing hospitality to coworkers and guests as prescribed in our RESPECT Service System.
• Receive all Food and Beverage items, including dry goods, perishable items, linens, liquor/beer/wine, smallwares, glassware; ensure products match invoices and report discrepancies or damages.
• Ensure proper handling and administration of invoices and documents.
• Receive, store, and organize food and supplies using proper food handling techniques including FIFO and temperature monitoring for perishables.
• Update inventory records and participate in inventory audits.
• Assist Front of House and Back of House crews as required.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing hospitality vessel holds and land-based storage areas.
• Assist with food deliveries to all vessels, as needed.
• Be prepared to begin work at scheduled time.
• Maintain uniform and grooming per appearance standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Manager on duty.
