Job summary

Carter’s Inc. Canada, a leading children's apparel retailer, is seeking Seasonal, Full-Time Associates for our Distribution Centre in Cambridge, Ontario. The AM shift runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with $19.50 per hour.

You will assist with housekeeping, safety, order picking, packing, inventory control, labeling, and shipping using RF scanners and WMOS. Prior distribution experience preferred; training provided; 60% operations and 40% essential tasks; employee discount provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to priority shifts.
• Detail oriented and a team player.
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Knowledge of RF scanners and WMOS.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping, Health & Safety duties and department compliance.
• Accurate order picking and packing for shipments.
• Inventory management including replenishment and labeling.
• Sorting and labeling cartons for outbound shipping.
• Use RF scanners and WMOS to process orders and track shipments.
• Meet productivity and inventory accuracy targets.
