Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate in Cambridge, ON for a part-time role. You will greet customers, help with product selection, and process POS transactions in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

You’ll support replenishment and upkeep while promoting ongoing promotions and the brand loyalty program. Ideal candidates bring friendly, customer-focused attitude, good communication, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize loss through excellent service and store upkeep.
