Carter’s Inc. in Cambridge, Ontario is hiring Seasonal, Full-Time eComm Associates for our Distribution Centre. This on-site role supports DC operations including order picking, packing, inventory control and shipping within defined SLAs.

You will work the AM shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.), use RF scanners and WMOS, and follow all safety procedures. The position offers 60% operations and 40% essential tasks, plus a 30% employee discount.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of distribution or manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of RF scanners and WMOS.

Responsabilités

• Housekeeping, Health & Safety of the department.
• Accurate order picking and packing.
• Inventory management including replenishment.
• Labeling cartons with correct shipping content labels.
• Quality picked into outbound cartons and sorting labels.
• Maintain effective picking activity and meet SLAs.
• Use RF scanners and follow SOPs.
• Protect safety and compliance at all times.

Carter's inc. Canada, a growing national retailer of children's apparel, requires Seasonal, Full-Time Associates,eComm, for our Distribution Centrelocatedin Cambridge, Ontario.Contract Term: Nov to Jan 2027.

This role typicallyreports intotheEcommSupervisorand is based in our Canada DC in our on-site work environment.

60%: DC Operation and Execution

• Housekeeping,safetyand warehouse compliance in area of processing

• Accurate order picking and packing

• Responsible for inventory management including clean up andreplenishment

• Labeling cartons with the correct shipping and content labels

• Responsible for quantity and quality picked into any outboundcartons

• Sorting shipping/content labels and matching to the correct outboundcarton

• Maintaining effective and quality picking activity

• Managing packing exceptions including shortages

• Shipping customer orders within defined SLA

• Using Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners

• Meeting employee productivity and inventory accuracy targets

• Maintaining minimum performance standards while performing required job functions

• Knowing,understandingand following all Standard Operating Procedures

• Working safely and abiding by all of Carter’s safety rules and procedures

40 %: Essential job functions

• Responsible for housekeeping, Health & Safety of the department.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Must Have:

• Use mechanized equipment as needed

• Skilled at multi-tasking and able to react quickly to frequent priority shifts

• Detail oriented and the ability tomaintainfocus in a high activity processing setting

• Able to work closely with others (teamwork)

Preferred skills and experience:

• At least one year experience, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment

• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of hand (RF) scanners and experience using WMOS

PHYSICAL AND WORK DEMANDS:

• Repetitively lift cases weighing up to 50lbs

• Work in a multi-channel, multi-shift distribution environment, flexible to work different shifts and extended hours based upon business needs

• Stand and work forlong periodsincluding daily overtime, holidays and overtime asrequired

• Intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion isrequired, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward

• Work in varying temperatures
