Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient pickup and delivery on an assigned route.
• Ensure shipments conform to FedEx Canada service features and labeling.
• Inspect packages, report stop counts and missorts accurately.
• Operate dispatch and tracking systems and update information correctly.
• Answer customer inquiries about FedEx Canada services and requirements.
• Rotate to loading/unloading as needed and maintain vehicle safety.
• Seek additional business from current customers and inform sales of leads.
