Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Canada is seeking a temporary Courier/Delivery Associate for up to 12 weeks to provide courteous pick-up and delivery on an assigned route. You will ensure packages conform to service standards, maintain a professional image, and support customer needs.

You will follow safety procedures, use tracking systems, and assist with loading or unloading as workload dictates, while seeking sales leads and representing FedEx Canada and its international services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on assigned route.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent FedEx Canada.
• Inspect and report stop counts and misroutes accurately.
• Follow Courier Best Practices and route plans for efficiency.
• Inform sales of leads and market changes in the area.
• Ensure proper labeling and paperwork for shipments.
• Operate tracking and dispatch systems with correct information.
• Answer customer questions about services and requirements (Canada/US/International).
• Operate vehicle safely and comply with regulations.
• May load/unload aircraft or containers as workload dictates.
