Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a temporary Courier to ensure courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route. You will verify shipments, perform related customer service tasks, and operate dispatch systems to support accurate tracking.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to work varying shifts as needed for business demand. This is a 12-week interview position with potential for extension.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service and ensure proper paperwork.
• Operate computerized tracking/dispatch systems and report stop counts and missorts.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the company public image.
• Seek additional business and inform sales of leads and market changes.
