Job summary

Holt Renfrew is seeking a Seasonal Concierge to warmly welcome clients and enhance in-store experiences during the Holiday 2026 celebration. You will assist with store information, products, services, and local recommendations to create memorable visits.

The role requires strong customer service experience and excellent communication. Availability up to 39 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is expected.
