Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Concierge to welcome clients and deliver exceptional service during the holiday season. You will assist guests with store information, products, services and inquiries to create memorable in-store experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling in-person, phone, and email inquiries, sharing recommendations, processing gift cards, and supporting holiday events and POS operations.

Qualifications

• Must have prior customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Able to use technology and computer applications confidently in a fast-paced environment.
