Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a customer service representative to provide exceptional service during the holiday season in our Toronto store. You will assist clients with store information, products, services, and local recommendations to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, processing gift cards, POS support, and helping run holiday events and in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and basic software tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced store environment.
