The Salvation Army International seeks a Christmas Support Worker to assist Rainbow Country Church and Community Services during the holiday season. This temporary role supports toys and food hampers, helps with the Christmas Kettle Campaign, and provides front-line assistance to guests applying for Christmas aid.

The position requires good communication, a willingness to lift 9–12 kg, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily Community Services activities during the Christmas season.
• Assist with donation pickups using a program vehicle.
• Setup and takedown of Christmas assistance spaces.
• Provide front-line support to guests applying for Christmas assistance.
• Sort donations and record data accurately.
• Answer phone inquiries as required.
• Support Christmas Kettle Campaign as needed.
