Job summary

Tigera is seeking an SDR Manager to lead our Vancouver and Cork teams and build a scalable engine for qualified meetings and pipeline. You will coach SDRs, sharpen messaging, and align with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to improve conversion from first touch to opportunities.

We value hands-on leadership, a curiosity for technology, and the ability to drive credible conversations with platform, infrastructure, networking, and security leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience coaching or managing SDRs in B2B technology sales.
• Proven ability to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform, plus disciplined CRM use.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Interest in technical products and ability to learn.
• Ability to work from the Vancouver office and collaborate with Cork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SDRs in Vancouver and Cork.
• Set expectations for activity quality, account research, meeting qualification, and follow-through.
• Review calls, emails, and account plans; provide coaching to improve conversations and conversion.
• Help hire and onboard SDRs as the team grows.
• Build and test outbound messaging, sequences, and approaches in Outreach.
• Turn campaign, event, partner, and inbound interest into well-qualified conversations.
• Maintain clean handoffs with account executives and document next steps.
