Canada Life is seeking a Scrum Master to coach and support agile teams within the Technology Strategy & Transformation Office. You will guide Scrum events, remove impediments and promote continuous improvement, enabling high-value product delivery and a collaborative environment.
You will partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure clear goals, refined backlogs and transparent reporting, in a fast-paced, enterprise setting.

We are looking for aScrum Masterwithin the Technology Strategy & Transformation Office (TSTO).
Reporting to the Manager, Agility Enablement, you will employ servant leadership to coach, mentor and support the team in agile product/project development and delivery methods. You willfacilitateand/or supportteamevents,coach the team in defining efficient ways of working andhelp the team toremoveimpediments.You willsupport transparency throughclear communication andhelp foster collaboration andunderstanding between the Product Owner and the team. Additionally, as a Scrum Master you will be coaching team members on continuous process improvements and goals,focusing onthe achievement of excellent results whilst building and nurturing a trusting and safe environment.
The base salary for this position is between $90,000 - $110,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
