Description:

Digital Marketing Technology.

The Morgan Stanley Digital Marketing technology team is responsible for developing and supporting the firm’s primary public website and intranet portal. The team collaborates with Firmwide Marketing, Corporate Communications, and various vendors and internal units.

This role is for a Scrum Master within the Digital Marketing Technology organization focused on website and platform development used by Marketing. The Scrum Master promotes and supports agile processes within and outside the squad.

This includes:

1. Leading the squad through Agile ceremonies: standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
2. Adopting and improving best practices for our squad and delivery capabilities.
3. Helping the squad recognize and manage blockers and impediments.
4. Ensuring quality in user stories and related artifacts.
5. Maintaining data and reporting.
6. Managing deliveries to ensure value, quality, and timeliness.
7. Fostering a collaborative culture across the squad, clients, and partners.
8. Aligning with stakeholders.
9. Identifying and coordinating organizational resources to support the squad.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Program/Project Manager
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
• Experience with JIRA for managing Agile sprints, boards, workflows, and administering JIRA.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, code quality, and delivery practices.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to liaise with diverse groups (Tech, Marketing, etc).
• Ability to manage and escalate risks and issues.
