Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values.
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
  • Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality increments every sprint.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and promote transparency.
  • Help teams maintain a sustainable pace of work.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress).
  • Act as a servant leader to support the development team’s needs.
  • Encourage self-organization within the team.
  • Coordinate dependencies in multi-team Agile environments.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members to Agile methodologies.
  • Promote Agile adoption across the organization by working with leadership.
  • Maintain documentation related to team activities and deliverables.
  • Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and product roadmap alignment.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello to manage workflows.
  • Stay updated on Agile trends and participate in Scrum Master communities.
