Job summary

vTech Solution seeks a Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, coaching members and facilitating Scrum practices in a DevOps environment. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with cloud technologies are required to bridge development and operations effectively.

You will drive agile ceremonies, mentor teams, manage backlogs with Product Owners, and deliver training on delivery methodologies. Regulatory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• CSM or equivalent Agile certification.

Job Summary:

• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading Agile teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in backlog management and requirements gathering.
• Effective communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Desired Skills:

• Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Experience in regulated industries like finance or healthcare.
• Background in software development to enhance technical communication.
• Project methodology certifications including Agile Coach and Lean Six Sigma belts.
