Overview

Floodway is always looking for enthusiastic Press Operators to join our production team. Our ideal candidate is probably already pushing ink on a manual press or running an auto – but we’re happy to train – you just need to if you bring the enthusiasm and positive attitude.

We specialize in quality screenprinting, we’re obsessed with great customer service, and we love continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone to earn and learn, as we build toward a world class apparel decoration facility. We aim to balance hard work with a commitment to creating a great work environment.

Responsibilities

Operate manual and automatic presses to produce high-quality apparel prints. Focus on ink application and maintain production workflows.

Learn and improve processes, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and help train others.

Qualifications

• Interest in Continuous Improvement; Lean facility, Kaizen mindset.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Any screenprinting / printmaking / production experience helps, but isn’t necessary.
• Comfortable with computers, technology, and ‘the cloud’.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking.
