Job summary

Leuschen Transportation, a division of Student Transportation of Canada, is hiring School Bus Drivers in Timmins, Ontario. If you hold a Class-G license—or want to earn a Class-B with FREE training—we provide on-the-job training. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with holidays and summers off.

Drivers operate 7am–9:30am and 2pm–4pm routes, with 15–20 hours per week for part-time roles. Join us to help local children safely reach school each day.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class-G driver’s license; we can teach you how to get Class-B for FREE.

Responsibilities

• In the morning, pick up school-aged passengers from predetermined locations and deliver them to school.
• In the afternoon, take them from school back home along predetermined routes.

What do School Bus Drivers do?

It's pretty simple, in the morning we pick up school aged passengers from predetermined locations and then deliver them to school. In the afternoon, we do the exact same thing, just in reverse order; we take them from school back home (once again at predetermined locations).

School Bus Drivers operate Monday - Friday, from September until the end of June...that's right, summers off. Depending upon your specific route, you could work anywhere from 7 am - 9:30 am then again in the afternoon from about 2 pm - 4 pm.

Who can do this job?

As long as you are responsible adult and have at least a 'Class-G' drivers license, we can teach you how...for FREE!
