Job summary

Student Transportation of Canada is hiring School Bus Drivers in Peterborough, Ontario. This is a flexible, part-time role that offers a $2,000 hiring bonus for eligible drivers. Training for Class-B licenses is provided for free. Drivers work Monday to Friday, from September to June, with holidays and summers off. School Bus Driver – Hiring Bonus Offered!

We are looking for new and experienced School Bus Drivers. If you have a Class-B license, great! If you need help to get your Class-B, we will train you for FREE!

G-Class and B-Class licensed driver candidates (not currently driving a publicly funded school route) are eligible for a $2,000 bonus! Receive $1,000 upon the completion of training and the remaining $1,000 after 6 months of continuous employment. An annual bonus of up to $2,000 is also offered for eligible drivers!

What do School Bus Drivers do?

It's pretty simple, in the morning we pick up school aged passengers from predetermined locations and then deliver them to school. In the afternoon, we do the exact same thing, just in reverse order; we take them from school back home (once again at predetermined locations).

School Bus Drivers operate Monday - Friday, from September until the end of June...that's right, summers off. Depending upon your specific route, you could work anywhere from 7 am - 9:30 am then again in the afternoon from about 2 pm - 4 pm.

Who can do this job?

As long as you are responsible adult and have at least a 'Class-G' drivers license, we can teach you how...for FREE!
