Job summary

Student Transportation of Canada, via Elliott Coach Lines, is seeking school bus drivers for a part-time role in Ontario. If you have a Class-G license, you can be trained for free to upgrade to Class-B.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 15–20 hours per week and the chance to positively impact local children. Drivers operate routes in the morning and afternoon, taking students to and from school with summers off.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class-G drivers license.
• Free training to obtain Class-B license is provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick up school-aged passengers from predetermined locations and deliver them to school in the morning, then return home in the afternoon.
• Operate Monday to Friday schedule with 7:00–9:30 a.m. and 2:00–4:00 p.m. routes, with summers off.

What do School Bus Drivers do?

It's pretty simple, in the morning we pick up school aged passengers from predetermined locations and then deliver them to school. In the afternoon, we do the exact same thing, just in reverse order; we take them from school back home (once again at predetermined locations).

School Bus Drivers operateMonday - Friday, from September until the end of June...that's right,summers off. Depending upon your specific route, you could work anywhere from 7 am - 9:30 am then again in the afternoon from about 2 pm - 4 pm.
