Job summary

Riverside School Board invites applications for an Occupational Therapist (100% full-time) starting immediately. You will join the Complementary Services team and support schools with universal adaptations, evaluating student development across motor, sensory, and daily living areas, and advising on rehabilitation needs.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to create plans, prepare therapy materials, and provide parent/teacher support. Competitive salary with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Be a member of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec.
• Experience in a school setting is an asset.
• Excellent skills in both French and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide universal adaptation measures to support class groups and act as a consultant to school teams.
• Evaluate students' development in fine/gross motor, sensory integration, perceptual-cognitive, social, daily living and domestic activities.
• Develop treatment and intervention plans and work with multidisciplinary teams to review IEPs.
• Prepare materials for individual or group therapy sessions and support teachers/parents.
• Conduct workshops with parents and maintain progress and follow-up reports.
