Location New Westminster Campus Salary Range
$52,218 annually (with wage increments to a max of $58,304). Salary and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

As one of Douglas College's Scheduling Coordinators, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the College's course and exam schedules. Working with systems such as Banner and Infosilem, you will coordinate the development and maintenance of course schedules, support enrolment processes, and create institution-wide exam schedules that serve thousands of students each semester.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, solving logistical challenges, and collaborating with a wide range of interest holders. You will partner closely with folks across the College to ensure schedules are accurate and aligned with institutional policies and deadlines.
As a scheduling subject matter expert, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity within key enterprise systems, troubleshooting complex scheduling and registration issues, and balancing competing priorities to support the development and data entry of a comprehensive course and exam schedule.
Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
