Job summary

American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking motivated individuals for a Scale Clerk position at our Québec site, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You will weigh materials, track receipts, and prepare weigh tickets while delivering courteous service to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing courteous service upon arrival.
• Weighing trucks and entering information into the system.
• Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents in the software.
• Answering phone calls and redirecting requests as needed.
• Tracking material shipments and producing required reports.
• Performing general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.).
