Job summary

American Iron and Metal (AIM) is seeking a Scale Clerk for its Québec site, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and respond to customers with accurate data entry and timely shipments.

Ideal candidates have experience in similar roles, proficiency in MS Office, strong organization, and excellent customer service. Join a dynamic team with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing courteous service upon arrival.
• Weighing trucks and entering information into the system.
• Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents in the software.
• Answering phone calls and redirecting requests as needed.
• Tracking material shipments and producing required reports.
• Performing general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.).
