Job summary

American Iron & Metal (AIM) in Montreal East, QC, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Scale Clerk. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and respond to customers with accuracy and courtesy. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m.

to 6:00 p.m. You’ll greet customers, weigh trucks, enter data in the system, prepare delivery slips, and provide coverage at our Laval branch as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival.
• Weigh trucks and enter information into the system.
• Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents in the software.
• Answer phone calls and redirect requests as needed.
• Track material shipments and produce required reports.
• Perform general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.).
• Provide coverage at our Laval branch as needed.

Job Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Montreal East, Quebec, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. As a Scale Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. Qualifications
