Job summary

TEEMA in Vancouver, BC is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors System Analyst to optimize Employee Central and onboarding processes for a Vancouver client. You will configure, test, and support core HR configurations in SAP SuccessFactors to meet business requirements.

This role requires strong analytical skills, an independent work style, and excellent communication with stakeholders and vendors during deployment and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience.
• Hands-on SuccessFactors Onboarding experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fix skills.
• Experience supporting quality assurance, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment with little oversight.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Employee Central module within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configure and support the Benefits module in Employee Central as well as SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Salary/Rate Range: $90.00-$110.00 per hour
