Job summary

Sopra Steria Canada is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP design and governance across business and technology domains. You will work with client stakeholders, project teams, and SAP experts to define roadmaps, standards, and implementation strategies for SAP transformations.

You will drive architecture workshops, target architectures, and integration approaches, collaborating with FICO, MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering/business or related field.
• 10+ years SAP experience with 3+ years in an SAP Solution Architect role.
• Experience across multiple SAP modules and business processes.
• Led SAP implementation, migration, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise integration solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SAP solution architecture aligned with objectives.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and assessments.
• Design S/4HANA transformation roadmaps and target architectures.
• Provide architectural leadership across SAP processes and integration.
• Define system integration approaches SAP/non-SAP.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, maintainability.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams (FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, EWM, SF).
• Lead fit-gap analyses, reviews, and governance.
• Guide data migration and master data strategies.
• Review specs for architectural compliance.
• Support estimations, proposals, and pre-sales.
• Lead design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Mentor consultants and project teams on SAP best practices.
• Maintain architecture docs, standards, reference models.
