Job summary

CPKC's technology team is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Functional Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize SAP HCM solutions across the organization. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of HR processes and ensure reliable delivery of HR services.

You will maintain OM and PA configurations for SAP ECC and S/4HANA, collaborate with Basis and ABAP teams, and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives, including the S/4HANA transition, while focusing on

Qualifications

5+ years of SAP HCM Functional Analysis with ECC and/or S/4HANA OM/PA
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of SAP Time and Attendance, Payroll, or SuccessFactors is an asset

Responsibilities

Maintain and support SAP HCM OM and PA configurations and interfaces
Evaluate and resolve service requests and support upgrades
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Coordinate with Basis, ABAP, PO and other teams to design solutions
Develop and support end-to-end test strategies and plans
Participate in S/4HANA RISE Cloud transformation and enterprise-wide initiatives
