Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consulting Manager - Technical Integrations Lead to join our HR Technology practice in Toronto. You will lead integration programs across SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent platforms, ensuring connectivity, data integrity, and scalable design.

You will define the technical integration strategy, architect end-to-end solutions, and mentor teams across onshore/offshore delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
8+ years in HR technology consulting, with at least 5 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or other middleware tools.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end integrations in multi-module SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and at least one additional module.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the technical integration strategy for SAP SuccessFactors implementations across modules.
Architect end-to-end integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems (e.g., SAP HCM, payroll engines, ERP platforms, third-party HR tools).
Lead technical workstreams in large-scale SAP SuccessFactors programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of integration components.
Mentor technical consultants and developers across onshore/offshore teams.
