Job summary

EY seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead to join our HR Technology practice in Canada. You will design, configure, and deploy onboarding solutions, leading client workshops and guiding transformation with confidence and empathy.

With 5+ years in HR technology consulting and SAP SuccessFactors onboarding experience, you will manage cross‑functional delivery for global clients, ensuring scalable, compliant onboarding journeys while collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition and HR

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR technology consulting with focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification (preferred).
Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding engagements using SAP SuccessFactors to deliver seamless, scalable journeys.
Design, configure and deploy onboarding solutions, integrating with Recruiting and Employee Central.
Guide transformation with confidence and empathy across client organizations.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
