Job summary

The Government of Nova Scotia is seeking a SAP Product Lead within CSDS in Halifax to support the ongoing operation and modernization of SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors landscapes. Reporting to the SAP Product Manager, you will lead day-to-day service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and design cloud-based solutions while coordinating with stakeholders, partners, and technical teams.

This TERM role offers the chance to shape workforce systems for government services and support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science with 5+ years related experience.
Experience supporting HR and Payroll transformation or ERP projects.
Experience gathering, analyzing and validating requirements.

Responsibilities

Participate in transformation and cloud adoption initiatives for SAP SuccessFactors and related workforce management.
Provide product support across lifecycles including discovery, design, testing, and deployment.
Define future-state processes and translate business needs into product requirements and backlogs.
Prioritize backlogs across steady-state and modernization efforts.
Coordinate involvement of business stakeholders in migration, integration, and payroll validation.
Support governance, roadmaps, and strategic planning to meet provincial priorities.
