Reporting to the SAP Product Manager, the SAP Product Lead supports both the ongoing operation and modernization of the Province’s SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors landscapes. The role provides product leadership for reliable day‑to‑day service delivery, continuous improvement, and the design and implementation of modern, cloud‑based solutions. The Product Lead works closely with business stakeholders, operational support teams, project teams, implementation partners, and technical specialists to manage product priorities throughout the steady‑state and project lifecycles. The position supports service continuity to deliver modernization outcomes aligned with business needs.
Primary Accountabilities include:
To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years related experience; or graduated from a recognized Information Technology Program plus 5 years and 6 months experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
