Job summary
The Government of Nova Scotia is seeking a SAP Product Lead to steer the ongoing operation and modernization of SAP HCM, Payroll and SuccessFactors landscapes. You will provide day-to-day product leadership, align with stakeholders, and drive cloud-based solutions while ensuring service continuity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science with 5+ years related experience.
- Experience supporting HR/payroll transformations and enterprise tech projects.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and validating requirements.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, and IT service management.
Responsibilities
- Lead product ownership for SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors modernization.
- Define priorities, manage backlogs, and coordinate migrations and deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and IT to ensure service continuity.
- Support governance, roadmaps, and organizational readiness for modernization.
