The Government of Nova Scotia’s CSDS unit seeks a SAP Product Lead to modernize SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors landscapes, delivering cloud-based solutions and ensuring steady-state operations.

Reporting to the SAP Product Manager, you will manage priorities, backlogs, governance, and collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and IT teams to align modernization with provincial goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science with minimum 5 years related experience.
• Experience transforming HR/payroll functions through tech implementations.
• Ability to gather, analyze, document, validate requirements and manage backlogs.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in business transformation and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Provide product support across project and operational lifecycles.
• Define future-state processes and translate needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
