Job summary

EY Technology Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager – SAP Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Applications EAM/Plant Maintenance team in Canada. You will lead end-to-end SAP-enabled processes, drive deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust SAP solutions for clients.

You will influence project direction, develop SAP assets for new offerings, and lead multi-disciplinary teams while engaging in client-facing activities to expand EY’s SAP footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with multiple end-to-end SAP implementations in a solution architect role.
• Experience with Inventory Management, Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Outage Management, and Transportation Management, MM and PS.
• Proficient with PM, EAM, MM configuration and integration with finance.
• Strong written and verbal client-facing communication and presentation skills; comfortable with clients daily.
• Ability to effectively lead diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative, inclusive team environment.
• Experience with leading proposal writing and delivering orals presentations.
• An interest in staying abreast of SAP and project management trends.
• A forward thinker and self-starter that adapts quickly to new challenges.
• A strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP-enabled processes and solutions, proactively managing all integration points across SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance.
• Work with SAP functional teams to design, build, and implement complex cross-functional SAP solutions.
• Ensure consistency and quality of solutions across functional SAP workstreams.
• Support SAP teams through evaluation and design of custom development (RICEFW) solutions.
• Lead SAP Phase 0 projects, including SAP deployment strategies and SAP-enabled roadmaps.
• Collaborate with SAP reporting, BASIS, development, data, and cutover/test teams.
• Lead business development activities, including RFP pursuits and developing SAP assets.
