Our client in Cambridge is seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveSAP Implementation Specialistto join their team!This newly established position plays a vital role in supporting the rollout of our SAP S/4HANA platform across the organization. They offer a hybrid work model of 1 day in office once fully trained!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements related to financial operations.
• Assess client needs and align them with standard SAP solutions by recommending appropriate finance-related business processes.
• Lead and contribute to solution design, including preparation of testing materials (unit, integration, system, and user acceptance) to ensure accurate implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, drive FIT/GAP assessments, create functional specifications (RICEFW), and coordinate testing and cutover activities.
• Support data and process integrations between SAP S/4HANA and internal/external systems (e.g., Concur, Promax, budgeting tools).
• Deliver end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support for financial system users.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are met and maintained throughout the implementation cycle.

Requirements:

• SAP S4 HANA experience is required
• Strong experience leading a system implementation
• Strong team player
