Client Implementation Specialist – Billing/Revenue/Financial Software Description
Our client, a high-growth SaaS company, is looking for a Client Implementation Specialist to join their team remotely in Canada. In this role, you will manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, helping clients automate their billing and revenue operations. In this client-facing role, you’ll work closely with finance and RevOps leaders to configure customized solutions, integrate platforms, and ensure a seamless go-live experience. If you have experience implementing customized B2B billing/revenue or other financial software for external clients and enjoy problem-solving, this is a great opportunity to work with innovative companies and cutting-edge technology.
Client Implementation Specialist – Billing/Revenue/Financial Software Responsibilities
• Lead client implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live
• Collaborate with finance, RevOps, and C-suite stakeholders to align business needs
• Configure system settings and integrations, ensuring compliance with business requirements
• Identify client use cases and tailor technical solutions accordingly
• Manage data migration, field mapping, and revenue recognition configurations
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
• Partner with internal teams, including solution architects and product specialists
• Provide support during hypercare to ensure a smooth transition
Client Implementation Specialist – Billing/Revenue/Financial Software Qualifications
• 2+ years of customized billing/revenue/financial platform implementation experience required
• Experience with different billing models, revenue recognition, or deferred revenue required
• Experience with multiple customer-facing implementations (vs internal deployment) required
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial operations required
• Proficiency with MS Excel is required
• Ability to travel internationally required
