Technical Implementation Consultant - Amanda & Grantium (Canada)

We are seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our Digital Services Implementation Team in Canada. This role involves specializing in the AMANDA and Grantium platforms, leading technical project implementations, and ensuring successful deployment of solutions for our government clients across North America.

You will work closely with project managers and technical teams to implement complex solutions, including Web Services, APIs, and integrations, to meet client needs and improve their online services. The position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on the AMANDA and Grantium platforms.
• Lead technical implementations, define solution requirements, and develop documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct system training and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure solutions align with client missions and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in development or related field.
• 5+ years experience with Python; 2-5 years with React; experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, JBOSS.
• Strong understanding of web application technologies and process analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Preferred: bilingual in English and French, experience with AMANDA, located in Ottawa or Western Canada.
