Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, including modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning Management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand HR requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure project success within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Provide expert-level support, resolving complex issues and optimizing system performance.
  • Deliver training sessions to educate end-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of HR technology implementation experience, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning Management.
  • Proven track record of leading successful SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
