Job summary

Altis Technology in Burnaby, BC, is seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional for a 6-month contract. You will support SAP implementation, enhancements, and production activities within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud environment, partnering with technical specialists and business stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP, deep knowledge of Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll schemas, and PCRs, plus experience with S/4HANA Private Cloud.

In this role, you’ll partner with technical specialists, business stakeholders, and project teams to support SAP implementation, enhancement, and production activities. Your Responsibilities

• You’ll support SAP implementation, enhancement, and production activities across enterprise HR solutions.


• You’ll configure and maintain SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration functionality.


• You’ll develop, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).


• You’ll collaborate with internal teams to support integrations between SAP and other enterprise applications.


• You’ll investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.


• You’ll contribute to system improvements, testing activities, and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP implementation and support experience, including project implementation, enhancements, production support, and enterprise application integration.


• 5+ years of experience with SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration.


• Strong experience configuring SAP Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).


• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.


• Experience with data cleansing, LSMW, Jira, and ServiceNow is considered an asset.


• Experience supporting EC integration from the S/4HANA side and working within an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/SAP S/4HANA hybrid environment is preferred.
