Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice seeks a seasoned SAP Delivery Lead to oversee delivery of multiple SAP projects, spanning S/4HANA and SaaS solutions. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on governance, manage diverse stakeholders, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP, strong delivery governance skills, and experience with distributed teams. 3 days in-office in Canada is expected. English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with S/4HANA and SAP SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple SAP projects or workstreams.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns between S/4HANA and SaaS platforms.
• Proven delivery governance skills including RAID, planning, and reporting.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
• Experience in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong commercial awareness including scope management and change control.
• English is required; French is a bonus.
• 3 days in office required.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP Cloud ALM and AI-enabled SAP tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery governance across multiple SAP workstreams including S/4HANA and SaaS such as Concur, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and BTP.
• Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, cadences, and reporting structures across all active workstreams.
• Manage interdependencies between S/4HANA core and SaaS integrations with aligned timelines and data flows.
• Drive RAID management, escalation handling, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders and maintain delivery confidence.
• Lead resource planning, onboarding, and team structure across tracks.
• Ensure quality through governance checkpoints and milestone reviews.
• Provide consolidated program-level reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Identify and pursue scope expansion opportunities aligned with client needs.

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Delivery Lead to oversee and manage the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects spanning S/4HANA and SAP SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery governance, manage diverse stakeholder landscapes, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.

The work:

• Own end-to-end delivery governance across multiple SAP workstreams including S/4HANA and SaaS solutions such as SAP Concur, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and BTP
• Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, project cadences, and reporting structures across all active workstreams
• Manage interdependencies between S/4HANA core and SaaS integrations, ensuring alignment on timelines, scope, and data flows
• Drive RAID management, escalation handling, and proactive risk mitigation across projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and maintaining delivery confidence
• Lead resource planning, onboarding, and team structure across multiple project tracks
• Ensure quality of delivery through governance checkpoints, milestone reviews, and adherence to agreed delivery standards
• Provide consolidated program-level reporting to senior leadership and steering committees
• Identify and pursue scope expansion opportunities aligned with client needs

Here’s what you need:

• 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong background in S/4HANA implementations and at least one SAP SaaS solution (Concur, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent SAP projects or workstreams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns between S/4HANA core and SaaS platforms
• Proven delivery governance skills - planning, RAID, status reporting, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage and motivate geographically distributed teams
• Experience working in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Strong commercial awareness including scope management and change control
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
• 3 days in office required.
• Bonus point: Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP Cloud ALM
• Exposure to AI-enabled SAP tools such as SAP Business AI or Joule
• Experience in large-scale program environments with multiple system integrators or vendors
• Industry background in aviation, retail, or financial services
• 10-12 years of SAP Project Management experience.
• English is must, French is bonus.

Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
