Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP ECP with backend access to troubleshoot payroll issues.
• Experience supporting Canadian and US payroll cycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for SAP ECP payroll issues.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical payroll problems in SAP ECP.
• Access the backend to diagnose and resolve payroll issues.
• Handle payroll-related tickets exclusively (no benefits).
