Job summary

Reflector Entertainment Ltd. is seeking a full-time Lead Hand for the Sanitation department on the night shift. You will support the sanitation supervisor, coordinate activities, train staff, ensure food safety, and clean production equipment and facility areas.

The role requires prior experience in food-manufacturing sanitation or related cleaning tasks, good English communication, basic computer skills, and strong leadership and safety focus to protect colleagues and maintain hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sanitation Supervisor in assigning and coordinating departmental work while actively participating in sanitation activities.
• Complete required sanitation and quality documentation.
• Assist the Sanitation Supervisor in troubleshooting sanitation issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire facility, including production equipment, compactors, and other designated areas.
• Train and coach new employees.
• Follow established equipment lockout procedures during sanitation activities.
• Maintain food safety standards and immediately report food safety concerns to Quality Assurance.
• Follow all food safety and health and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job description

We are seeking a full-time Lead Hand for the Sanitation department on the night shift. This role supports the coordination of sanitation activities, employee training, food safety, and the safe and effective cleaning of production equipment and facility areas. The starting wage is $19.14 per hour, with progression to the permanent rate of $26.55 per hour.
