Job summary

ReinhartFoods Ltd. is seeking a sanitation supervisor to lead the sanitation department and ensure strict adherence to GMP, OHSA, and HACCP standards.

You will manage programs, train staff, and coordinate activities across shifts to maintain high sanitation and safety levels. The role requires a minimum of five years in a team lead role within food manufacturing sanitation, plus strong communication and document-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Team Lead or Supervisor role.
• Experience in food manufacturing sanitation or cleaning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in document management and management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the sanitation department.
• Manage sanitation program documentation and training.
• Oversee sanitation chemical program and training.
• Communicate issues with the day shift and coordinate maintenance related to sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SFCR, FMSA, GFSI).
• Participate on HACCP team and uphold GMP and OHSA requirements.
• Perform routine manual cleaning and related duties as needed.
