Job summary

Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. in Regina, SK is seeking an Application Support - Salesforce Manager to lead the Salesforce ecosystem strategy and operations.

You will own the platform roadmap, manage a Salesforce support team, and drive improvements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software delivery or IT leadership.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (config/development).
• 3+ years leading technical teams or projects.
• Salesforce certifications like Administrator, Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer, or Application Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT workstream for the Digital Transformation program and coordinate integration development.
• Serve as technical liaison with Salesforce delivery team and vendors.
• Define and enforce technical standards, security, and governance.
• Lead design sessions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning.
• Oversee environment strategy across Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod orgs.
• Manage data migration quality and validation.
• Own Salesforce platform roadmap and backlog prioritization.
• Mentor Salesforce admins, developers, and analysts; oversee releases and change control.
• Monitor integration health and performance; optimize licensing and budget.
