Job summary

Galent in Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 3 days onsite) is seeking a Salesforce BSA to work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support delivery on Salesforce projects.

The role involves documenting requirements, user stories, process flows, and collaborating with developers and architects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. UAT support, testing, and production validation are part of the responsibilities in an Agile/Scrum setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as BA/BSA.
• 4+ years Salesforce experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support UAT, testing, and production validation.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
